I'm an award-winning BL author traditionally published in Japan, now living overseas. I studied in the United States, and I translate my own novels into English, hoping they'll cross the language barrier and reach readers who love what I love — stories of hard-won trust, bonds that have no name, and finding salvation in the darkest places.
